One of New York’s favorite music festivals has officially dropped this year’s daily lineups, as well as single-day passes. Governors Ball 2020 is back for its 10th year at Randall’s Island, and the lineup packs a punch.
The festival kicks off on Friday June 5th with an impressive roster, including Tame Impala, Stevie Knicks, Miley Cyrus, Banks, Alessia Cara, Chase Atlantic, and more.
Saturday brings another diverse lineup to the table, with Flume, Vampire Weekend, Ellie Goulding, Portugal. The Man, Carly Rae Jepson, Of Monsters and Men, Bleachers, Pinegrove, and more. This is quite a nostalgic day for the festival, as many familiar faces return from past lineups. Flume is no stranger to the festival, having played in both 2015 and 2017. Of Monsters and Men make another appearance on the lineup after playing in 2013 and 2016. Bleachers, Portugal. The Man, and Vampire Weekend have all also graced the stages of Gov Ball in previous years.
Gov Ball closes out on Sunday with Missy Elliot, Solange, H.E.R., Jon Bellion, Maren Morris, Swae Lee, Girl Talk, and more. Girl Talk is a particularly special artist on this year’s lineup, as they were one of the original headliners at the first ever Governors Ball.
The 10th year of Governors ball looks promising, as they’ve brought back O.G. artists from past lineups, as well as a mix of new favorites.
Governors Ball takes place June 5-7 at Randall’s Island in NYC. 1-day, 3-day, and VIP passes are all available now.
