Meet Me @ The Altar – “Strangers”
Meet Me @ The Altar shared an energetic new song, “Strangers,” from the forthcoming deluxe edition of Past // Present // Future.
“‘Strangers’ wrestles with self-consciousness,” shares frontwoman Edith Victoria. “It’s about experiencing the nagging self-doubt that fuels imposter syndrome or accuses you of not being strong enough to endure what life has a tendency to throw at you. The song explores the sensation that you’re missing out on being your true self and reaching your full potential because you can’t shake the thought that you’re not good enough. Sometimes I catch myself questioning how much further along I might be toward my goals if it weren’t for anxiety and self-sabotage.”

CHVRCHES – “Talking In My Sleep”
CHVRCHES shared another previously unheard track titled “Talking In My Sleep.” The song is the second released from their forthcoming 10-Year Anniversary Edition of The Bones Of What You Believe.
Vocalist Lauren Mayberry shares, “It feels quite strange that Bones is almost a decade old. In some ways, it’s like it just happened, but also like that era was a lifetime ago. We are very grateful to all the fans who gave that album a special place in their heart, and still show us so much kindness today.”

On the track, vocalist Tom Higgenson shares, “I was dating someone and it was going so well but in some instances, I was like, ‘Wait does this girl really care? Is she giving me the signals that this is not working?’ Sometimes you get so lost in love and all the good things you ignore the bad things and that’s what ‘Red Flags’ is. I’m daydreaming about her but there are all these red flags that I am ignoring.”
